They were good except I had a reaction to the adhesive as I always do but it did reduce some of the pain pity it was not good for me

These are best I've used and I've use a lot over years.

Pain plaster

Worked for me, I know some of said that they don't help but they work for me although they do get overly hot sometimes which then causes me to have to take them off, but I can walk better for using them, I've also used them on my back and they've helped with that too, would buy again.
